Step 2: Self Belief, no fear no doubts

So, after you’re clear about what you want, align your emotions with your goals. Manifestation is not just about what you think and want, but also how you feel. As said in the book, you can only manifest what you truly believe you are worthy of attracting into your life.

WHEN WE GIVE OURSELVES FULL PERMISSION TO DREAM, OUR FEARS AND DOUBTS HAVE NOWHERE TO HIDE.

Step 3: Aligning the behavior

We should align our emotions with our goals. We should feel the emotions that are associated with our goals. We should be happy, grateful as if they have already been happened. These emotions are most powerful for manifesting.

Step 4: Overcome tests from Universe

In the journey of manifestation, there might come many challenges, obstacles, which might ask to settle less than what we deserve. But we should direct our goals with our actions.

Prioritizing our goal and staying focused with our actions and energy is the key.

REMEMBER: TO MANIFEST WHAT YOU WANT; YOU MUST BELIEVE YOU ARE WORTHY OF IT AND YOUR BEHAVIOUR MUST ALIGN WITH THAT BELIEF.

Step 5: Embrace Gratitude

WE ATTRACT WHAT WE FEEL

Different emotions have different frequencies, emotions such as shame, anger, guilt, jealousy has low-vibrational frequency whereas emotions such as joy, happiness, gratitude, love, peace has high vibrational frequency. So, when there are situations when we might attract low vibe emotions just use GRATITUDE either by listing gratitude list or positivity journal. In this way, we can’t stay with emotions which has low vibe.

Step 6: Envy into inspiration

Envy comes from the low vibe energy whereas inspiration comes from high vibe energy. Whenever, we start comparing ourself, or our struggle of life with other, generally with the people who are in similar path, we feel envy but instead of that if we turn it into inspiration, it will push one step ahead to our goals.

INSPIRED THOUGHT: THIS IS SOMETHING THAT THEY HAVE AND THAT I WOULD LIKE FOR MYSELF TOO.

Step 7: Trust in the universe

The enemy of manifestation is impatience. When we complete all our 6 steps then let the universe work. Never feel impatient.
